Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden HillS, Minnesota, was
duly held at tile CU:y Hall in said City on Monday, the 12th

USOLU'l'ION AWARDING BID FOR
IMPROVBMBN'l' NO. 88-W-P-78-1
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above
improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof
on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said City,
said bids were received on June 8, 1978, at 2:00 o'clock p.m.,
opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids

NOW, THBUFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota:
1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized"
. and directed to enter into a contract with Erw-in Monllg".......Y
Construction Co.
for $

in the name
of the City of Arden Hills for the above ilIlprovement according
to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by
the Ci ty COuncil and on file in the office of the Ci ty Clerk
Administrator.
2. The City Clerk Adll\inistrator is hereby authorized and
directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made
with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder
and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts
have been signed.
The motion was seconded by Councilman

and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
