Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City council
city of Arden Hills
Ramsey county, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting
of the city council of the city of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 22nd
day of May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were prEll sent : Mayor Crepeau and
Councilmen Hanson, Wingert, crichton and WOodburn, and the
following were absent: None.
Councilman Hanson introduced and moved the adoption of
the following resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-27
RESOLUTION DECLARIW ADllXlUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-78-6
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in
the City of Arden Hills for approximately 30 acres located east
of and adjacent to Hamline Avenue approximately 755 feet south
of Amble Road by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain,
bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage
facilities and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council
on May 22, 1978, is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of
owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Sec. 429.035.

NOW. THEREFORE, BE 1'1' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COtlNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS. MINNESOTA:
That the petition be referred to the city Consulting
Engineer for study and that he is ~nstruoted to report to
the Council with al1 convenient speed. advising the council
in a preliminary' way as to Whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement. and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Woodburn and upon vote being
taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All,
and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon
said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Bills, Minnesota. do
hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
City Council of said City held on the 22nd day of May. 1978,
with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same
is a full. true and complete transcript insofar as the same
relates to Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-78-6.
