Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meetinq
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minneillota, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 22nd
day of

IMPROYBMBNTS P-ST-77-6 AND SS-~P-ST-77-1
WHERBAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above
improvements, acoordinq to the plans and specifications thereof
on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of .aid City,
said bids were received on May 19, 1918, at 2:00 o'clock p.m.,
opened and tabulated according to law and the followinq bids
were received coqIlyinq with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, 1t.apP6~s tha~ Hardrives, Inc.
of Minneapolis, MN is the lowestrespons1ble
bidder at the tabulated price of $ 92.635.84 .
NOW, THERBPORI, U IT RESOLVED by the Ci~ Council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota:
1. The Mayor and Clerk Mm1nisUator are hereby authorized
and direCUd to enter into a contract with Hard rl ves I nc.
Minneapolis, MN for $ 92,635,84 in the name of
the Ci~ of Arden Hills for the abOve illlprovement according
to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved
by the City Council and on file in the office of the City
Clerk Administrator.
2. The City Clerk Administrator 18 hereby authorized and
directed to retu:mforthwith to all bidders the deposita made
with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder
and the next: lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts
have been siqned.
The IlIOtion was seconded by Councilman r:r I rh +M and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following 'VOted in favor
thereof: all
and the following voted against: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
