RESOLUTION NO, 78-22
WHEREAS, Herold W. Ri ley Jr, and Edward M, Tracy purchased
property from Chyrrel H. and Wi 1I18m Krivlt on August 7, 1977
(Division No. 52581) and,
WHEREAS, Chyrrel H. and Wi Illam Krlvit have requested that
all special assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3 and
Water Improvement No. 66-3 should be charged to the Krivlt property
(Parcel No. 25-39500-219-04). .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden HI lis City
COllncl i dl rects the Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation
to place the 1977, payable 1976, Installment of said special
assessments and all balances of said special assessments on
Parcel No, 25-39500-219-04. deleting same from Parcel No,
25-39500-218-04,
