Extract of Minuus of Meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills Ralll8ey County, Minnuota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular -.ting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day of May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and Councilllliim Hanson, Wingert, Crichton and WoodburnJ and the following were absent: None. Councilman Crichton introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: Resolution No. 78-21 RESOLU'l'ION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AN!) ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON IMPROVEMEN'l' NO. SS-W-P-78-l WBEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council on April 24, 1978, the City consulting engineer has prepared plans and specifications for Improvement SS-W-P-78-1 and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN . HILLS, MINNESO'l'A: 1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. j . \.... . The advertisement shall be published as nquired by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bidal on the basis of a cash' paytllent. for such work, shall state that. the bide will be received by the City Clerk Administrator and City cOlUll1ltinq epqi.neer until 2:00 o'clock p.m. on June S, 1918, at which tillle they will be publicly opened in the City Ball by the City Clerk Administrator and Ci'ty cOl1sultinq engineer, will then be tab. ulate~d will be considered by the. COlinc il. at 7130 o'clock p.m. on --r!fZ- ' 1978, in the Council Chamben and that no w considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk Administrator and accompanied by a cash depOsit, certified cMok or bid bond payable to the Cletk Administrator for ten percent of the UIOunt of such bid.
