Crichton and Woodburnl and the following- was <br /> <br />absent: Councilman Wingert. <br /> <br />Councilman Crichton introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the fOllowing resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-20 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF REPORT AND ORDERING IMPROVEMEN'f <br />PURSUANT TO PETITION BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED <br />PROPERTY FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-T^1-P-78-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the City of Arden Hills, generally in the area west of Valentine <br />Crest Roadl east of Interstate Highway 35-W, north of County <br />Road PI and south of Interstate Highway 694 by the installation <br /> <br />of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm drainage, bituminous sur- <br />faCing, and concrete curb and gutter, was filed with the Council <br />on April 29. 1977 for Improvement No. SS-W-P-77-3, and <br />tfflERBAS, on May 2, 1977 the Council adopted Resolution No. <br />77-23 ordering the preparation of a report on Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-77-3, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. after the report was completed the property was <br />sold and the new owners subsequently submitted a new petition <br />requesting the same improve1l'ents for the same property. <br />
