Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, Minnesota, ..,as duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 24th day of April, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and Councilmen Hanson, Crichton and Woodburn, and the following was absent: Councilman Wingert. Councilman Crichton introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: Resolution No. 78-19 RESOLU'l'ION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMEN'I' FOR BIDS ON IMPROVEMENTS P-ST-77-6 AND SS-W-P-ST-77-7 WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the City Council on February 27, 1978 and January 30, 1978, the City consultin~ engineer has p~pared plans and specifications for Improvements P-ST-77-6 and SS-W-P-ST-77-7 and has p~sented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN BILLS, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made. part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published as required by law, shall .. ~ . specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be received by the City Clerk Administrator and City engineer until 2:00 o'clock p.m. on May 19, 1978, at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City Clerk Administrator and City engineer, will then be tabulated, and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on ~ ~.,;j' , 1978, in the Council Chambers and that no 6 s w 1 e considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk Administrator and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the Clerk AdnIinistrator for ten percent of the amount of such bid. The motion for the adoption of the foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hanson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Alli and the following voted against: None i Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ~ ~~ ,e I I I I
