CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RESOLUTiON NO. 78-18
WHEREAS, Arden Hills Ordinances require dedicating
to the City of a certain proportion Of land being developed,
and
WHEREAS, certain land is required by the City of
Arden Hills for parks, recreation and opan space, and
WHEREAS, when a development does not Include the
required land, the City accepts cash in lieu thereof, and
WHEREAS, the City from tim~ to time must establish
toe cash value of said land,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED that the City Counei I
