Extract of Uinutes of Meeting
of the City Council
of the City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th day
of March, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Cr.'.... Crichtoa.

of the following resolution:
Resolution No. 78-17
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID POR
IMPROVEMENT NO. P-71-4
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above
improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof
on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said City,
said bids were received on March 17, 1978, at 2:00 o'clock p.m.,
opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids
were received complying with the advertisement:

NOW, 'l'BBRBFORE. BB IT RBSOLVBD by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota:
1. The Mayor and. Clerk Adm1nistrator are hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a contract with CaTpe.teT C.nt.
for $ 102.981.82 in the nalllB of the
City of Arden Hills for the above improvement according to the
plans and specificaUons thereof heretofore approved by the City
Council and on file in the offioe of the City Clerk Administ.rator.
2. The City Clerk Administrator ia hereby authorized and
directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made
with their bids except. the deposits of t.he successful bidder
and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts
have been signed.
