Pursuant to due call and notice thexeof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the Clty of Arden Bills, Ramsey county,
ninnesota, was duly held in the City Ball at 1450 West Bighway
96, Arden Bills, Miftnesota, on Monday, the 13th day of Merch ,
1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cit.y of Arden
Bl11s, Minnesot.a, as followll:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanit:ary
Sewer Impxovements Ros. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28,
1970, was filed and certified i:O the County Auditor of Ramsey
count.y, on Oci:Ober 28, 1970 for the purpose of including in-
stallments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes
commenCing in 1971J and
WHEREAS, a hearing OIl. 1JUPP1emen~ assessments and re-
assessments in respect t.o Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Impxove-
. ments Nos. 12 and 13 was Iteld on November 30, 1970, at which

80s. 12 and 13 were amended &8 provided by said resolution of
said date, to be certified and filed in the office of the COunty
Auditor of Ramsey County, on December 30', 1970; and
WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll as amended bave
been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of RaIllSey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against. each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County
Auditor against. each parcel of property thereafter, cOllllll8ncinq
with an assesament to be collecteCl in the year 1971 and there-
aft.er.
NOW, TBEREFOU, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills does bereby make the followinq apportionment of oriqinal
assessments as contained in said assessment. roll of September
28, 1970 and as amended as of November 30, 1970 against the

hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this reso1ut.ion
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of RamSey County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolut.ion was
