RESOLUTION NO. 18-15
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING QUARTERLY SEWER
CHARGES EFFECTI VE JANUARY I. 1918
WHEREAS, Ordlna.ce No. 195. passed by the Arden HI lis
City Council on December 21. 1916, authorizes the Councl I to
establish quarterly charges for categories of properties
connected to the Arden HII Is sanitary sewer syste., and
WHEREAS, the Finance Co..lttee--after a thorough
review of the rate structure for sewer l15age--has recollllll8nded
in Its January 12, 1918 minutes that the Council Increase the
rates charged quarterly to certain categories of properties
for their use of the Arden HI lis sanitary sewer system.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City
Councl I of the City of Arden Hills that the following rates be
charged quarterly to the owners of the fol lowing categories of
p rope rt les:

BE tT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the foregoing rates shall
be effective as of January I, 1918 and shall remain In effect
until cha~ged by further Resolution adopted by the City COllncll.
