A EESOLUTION AUTHOEIZING CLERK~ADMINISTRATOR TO
EECORD CEETIFIED COpy OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR
CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF FOUR-PLEX
WHEEEAS, the Arden Hills City Council at its regular
Council meeting held on February 13, 1978 approved the issuance
to Barry O'Meara of a special Use Permit authorizing him to
construct and operate on the parcel of land legally described
therein a four-plex, a copy of which Special Use Permit is
attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, in approving the issuance of said Special
Use Permit at said meeting, the Arden Hills City Council
stipulated that said Special Use permit or a certified copy
thereof should be recorded in the office of the Ramsey County
Recorder to ensure that the special conditions contained in said
Permit shall be adhered to not only by Barry O'Meara but also
any succeeding owners of the parcel of land subjected to the
terms and conditions of said Permit,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY EESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Arden Hills that the Clerk-Administrator
is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this Resolution and said Special Use Permit to be recorded in
the office of the County Recorder in and for Rams'ey County,
Minnesota.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 27th day
of February, 1978.
