RESOlUT10N NO. 78-10
WHEREAS, The FirsT National Bank of St. Paul.
has paid deferred balances of special assessments In the
amount of $34,930.48 on Tracts A, S, C, D, E and F
(Division No. 0526661 for Water Improvement 68-2 and
Sanitai'y Sef:er Improvement 4; and
~IHEREAS, the principal and Interest Install-
ment on saio special assessments for 1977, payable 1978,
remains outstanding; and
WhEREAS, The First National Sank of St. Paul
and Ban Con !I n c. have requesl'e d thllt the 1977, p ayab 1 '3 1978,
installment of said speciel assessments be charged to
Parcel No. 25-02800-120-88.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED, that the Arden
Hill s Ci ty Counc i I directs the Ramsey County Depa rtment of
Property Taxation to place the !977, payable 1978, install-
ment of said special assessments on Parcel No. 25-02800-120-88.
