Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was . duly held at the City Hall in said CHy on Monday, the 13th day of February, 1978. at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and Councilmen Hanson, Winqert, Crichton and WOodburn, and the fol- lowing were absent: None. Councilman Crichton introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: , Resolution No. 78-. RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON IMPROVBMBNT P-77-4 WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council on September 19, 1977. the City consulting enqineer has prepared plans and specifications for Improvement P-77-4 and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. . 'rHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof. are hereby approved. 2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin. an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisel\l&nt for Improvement P-77-4 shall be published as required by law. shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on the basis of a cash payment for such work. shall " . . state that the bids will be received by the City Clerk Adminis- trator and City consulting engineer until 2:00 o'clock p.m. on March 17, 1978, at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City Clerk Administrator and City consulting engineer, will then be tabulated, and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on March 27, 1978, in the Council Chambers and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk Administrator and accompanied by a cash deposit. certified check or bid bond payable to the Clerk Admin- istrator for ten percent of the amount of such bid. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Wift'!JQrt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All: and the fol- lowing voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ?tttid l2lJ(!~ ~~~ .
