WHEREAS, Charles Amble, developer of Karth Lake
Hills. paid deferred balances of speel~l assessments on
Parcel No. 25-02200-030-11 In the slim of $3.427.40 on Oecem-
ber 20. 1977 ,for Sewer Improvement 12-13 and liIater Improve-
ment 72_1 and,
WHEREAS. the principal and Interest Installment of
said special assessments for 1977. payable 1978. remains out-
standing; and
WHEREAS, Charles Amble has requested that the 1977,
payable 1978. Installment of said speeraJ assessments be charged
to Parcel No. 25-02200-040-11_
NOW. THEREFORE. BElT RESOLVED. that the Arden Hills
City Council directs the Ramsey County Department of Property
Taxation to place the 1977, payable 1978, Installment of said
specla 1 assessments on Parcel No. 25-02200-040-11.

of February, 1978.
