Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rEl9ular meeting
, of the city Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
held in the City Hall in said City on Monday. the ~OTh

The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and
Councilmen Hanson, Wingert, Crichton and Woodburn
and the following were absent:
None
Councilman Woodburn
introduced the following resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
Resolution No. 78-6
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT'
NO. SS-W-P-ST-77-7 PURSUAN'!' 'l'O PETrrtON
BY 100%, OF OWNERS OF AFFEC'l'ED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council received a petitio~ from all
owners of the real property generally in the area bounded by
Interstate Highway 694 on the south and west, Floral Drive
on the north, and Hamline Avenue on the east in the city of
Arden Hills requesting that the Council install bituminous
.. paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer and watermain
facilities and services, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances

at said location. and requesting that the entire cost of said
improvement be assessed against their property. and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted
. December 12. 1977, a report has been prepared by the City ~tlng

. I with reference to the imp;ovement. and this

. 1978,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE rr RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. as follows:
"
1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all
property affected by said requested improvement in accordance
with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3).
2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as
proposed in the report of the City consulting Engineer.
3. The City Consulting Engineer is hereby designated as
the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion fOr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by councilmcln
