<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RA~lSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-5 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORlZ~NG THE MAYOR AND THE <br />CLERK ADMINISTRATOR TO APPLY FOR CONVEYANCE <br />OF CERTAiN TAX FORFEITED LANDS TO THE VILLAGE <br />OF ARDEN HiLLS, MINNESOTA, FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE, <br />PASSIVE PARK SiTE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the below described land is tax forfeited <br />and ther9fore available to the Village for certain public <br />purposes, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council believes that said land is <br />desirous for a passive park site, and, therefore, desires to <br />acquire said land for said public purpose, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED that the Mayor and <br />the Clarx Administrator ara hereby authorIzed to submit an <br />application under Minnesota Statutes 282.01, Sub. I. for a <br />conveyance to the Village of Arden Hills of the following des- <br />cribed land for use as a passive park sits: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 2, lake Josephine Vii las <br />Passed bV the Arden H!
