RESOLUTION NO. 78-5
A RESOLUTION AUTHORlZ~NG THE MAYOR AND THE
CLERK ADMINISTRATOR TO APPLY FOR CONVEYANCE
OF CERTAiN TAX FORFEITED LANDS TO THE VILLAGE
OF ARDEN HiLLS, MINNESOTA, FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE,
PASSIVE PARK SiTE
WHEREAS, the below described land is tax forfeited
and ther9fore available to the Village for certain public
purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Council believes that said land is
desirous for a passive park site, and, therefore, desires to
acquire said land for said public purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
the Clarx Administrator ara hereby authorIzed to submit an
application under Minnesota Statutes 282.01, Sub. I. for a
conveyance to the Village of Arden Hills of the following des-
cribed land for use as a passive park sits:
Lot 3, Block 2, lake Josephine Vii las
