RESOLUTiON NO. 78-4
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of
Ramsey County by resolution dated November 7, ~977, ciassl-
fied as non-conservation land, certain land lying wlth!n
the limits of the City of Arden Hills; and
WHEREAS, a certified copy of the classificatIon
resolutIon together with a list of the land classified
has been submitted for approval of the classification In
accordance with MSA, Section 282.0~, sub. I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the classifica-
tion of Parcel No. 25-43500-030-02 as non-conservation land
be and hereby Is approved; and
BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be
and hereby Is authorized to file a certified copy of this
resolution In the Office of the land Comml.sloner.
