<br />STATE OF ~INNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HJLLS <br /> <br />RESOLUT~ON NO. 78-3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR TRANSfER OF FUNDS <br />BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTJONS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The First National Bank of St. Paul and The Rosevi I Ie <br />State Bank are depositories in which funds of the City of Arden Hi 115 <br />may be deposited, and a corporate resolution with respect thereto <br />is presently in effect authorizing the deposit and withdrawal of <br />funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hi lis desires to add to and <br />supplement said corporate resolution with the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, <br /> <br />I. The Bank is authorized to act on such telep~onic <br />instructions received by 't from anyone who represents himself to be <br />any of the above-named persons whether or not his voice resembles <br />the vo;ce of such person. <br /> <br />3.
