<br />! <br />I <br />1 <br /> <br />Sf ATE ()f Ml\IMES(Jl.~ <br /> <br />C0l)i~r'( OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HiLLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-1 <br /> <br />DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES AND <br />CORPORATE AUTHORIZAT!ON RESOLUTION <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />THiS IS TO CERTIFY: <br />Arden Hi lis duly called and <br />resolution was adopted: <br /> <br />That at a meeting of the City Counci I of <br />held January 3, 1978, the following <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the First National Bank of St. Paul and The <br />Rosevilie State Bank Shall be the official depositories for all funds <br />of the City of Arden Hills for the calendar year 1978; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer shall, from <br />time to time, ascertain that adequate sacurity, as required by the laws <br />of the State of Minnesota, is furnished by such deposItories to protect <br />the City's deposited funds against financial loss; and <br /> <br />BE lT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn <br />on the First National Bank of St. Paul and The Rosevi lie State Bank, <br />hereinafter cal led the Bank, shail be signed by three of the fol lowing <br />officers: <br /> <br />Henry J. Crepeau, Jr <br />t~ayor <br /> <br />or Robert L. Woodburn <br />Acting Mayor <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh <br />Clerk Administrator <br /> <br />or Q2.ro t!lY...l.. Crepeau, Jr., /.<layor or <br />Donald R.
