RESOLUTION NO. 78-1
DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES AND
CORPORATE AUTHORIZAT!ON RESOLUTION
.
THiS IS TO CERTIFY:
Arden Hi lis duly called and
resolution was adopted:
That at a meeting of the City Counci I of
held January 3, 1978, the following
RESOLVED, that the First National Bank of St. Paul and The
Rosevilie State Bank Shall be the official depositories for all funds
of the City of Arden Hills for the calendar year 1978; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer shall, from
time to time, ascertain that adequate sacurity, as required by the laws
of the State of Minnesota, is furnished by such deposItories to protect
the City's deposited funds against financial loss; and
BE lT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn
on the First National Bank of St. Paul and The Rosevi lie State Bank,
hereinafter cal led the Bank, shail be signed by three of the fol lowing
officers:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Administrator, Charlotte
McNiesh is authorizeo to :.!se a signature stamp at such times that it
becomes legal andlol' necessary for Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., /.<layor or
Donald R. Lamb, Treas~lrer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said Bank is hereby authorized
and directed to honor and pay any checks so drawn as above set forth,
whether or not such checks be payable to the order of one of the
foregoing persons either in his individual or official capacity or
deposited ~o his individual credit, and whether or not such signatures
are followed by the tltie or office of the person signing.
