Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on 11onday, the 27th day of December,
1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The fOllowing members were present:
Crepeau, Crichton,
Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following were absent: none
Councilman Woodburn
introduced the fOllowing resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.
77-84
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
IMPROVEMENT NO. P-SS-W-ST-75-l
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City council of the City of Arden
HillS, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. P-SS-W-
ST-75-l as last finally adopted on August 29, 1977, was filed
and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October
5, 1977, for the purpose of inCluding installments thereof to
be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1978;

WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con-
veyed by previous property owners; and

t'fHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County
Audi tor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing
with an assessment to be collected in the year 1978 and there-
after.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of August 29,
1977, against the following described properties:

The Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is
hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolu-
tion and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey
. County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was dUly seconded by Councilman
Crichton
and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: a II
and the fOllowing voted against the same: none
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
