Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
f.ilinnesota, was duly held in the City Ball at l450 West Biqhway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 27th day of December,
1977, at 7:30 ~'clock p.m.
The following members were present:
Crepeau, Crichton,
Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn
and the followinq were absent: none
Councilman Woodburn
introduced the fOllowing reso-
lution and I\IOved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-80
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONf.ilENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
SANITARY SEtmR IMPROVEMENT NO. 9
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden

Bills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ment No. 9 as last finally adopted on October 6, 1969, was
filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on
November 5, 1969 for the purpose of including installments
thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commenc~, ";'3 .
in 1970~ and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners; and

lfflEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the oriqinal assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
. made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order
that proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1970 and thereafter.
NON, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 6,
1969, aqainst the followinq described property:

The Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is
hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolu-
tion and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was dUly seconded by Councilman Cri chton , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: a II
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
