Ext.ract of Minutes of Meetinq
of the City Council
Ci ty of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at l450 West Hiqhway
96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the 27th day of
December, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The followinq members were present: Crepeau, Crichton,
Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following were absent: none
Councilman Woodburn
introduced the following resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-79
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONf.'IENT OF
ASSESSf.'IENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
WATER IMPROVEf.'IENTS NUMBERED 67-l AND 67-2
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water
Improvements Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on
September 24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County
Audi tor of Ramsey County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose
of includinq installments thereof to be collected along with
real estate taxes cOllllllencing in 1969; and
tmEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners; and

WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires
that apportionment of the original assessment against each
original tract where it has later been divided, sold or con-
. veyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the
County Auditor aqainst each parcel of property thereafter,
commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1969
and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the fOllowing apportionment of oriqinal
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September
24, 1968, against the fOllowing described properties:

The Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is
hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolu-
tion and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey
. County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foreqoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman C r i c h ton
, and upon vote
being taken thereon, the followinq voted in favor thereof: A II
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
