of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey Councy. Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills. Minnesota, was
.
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday. the 12th
day of December, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Acting Mayor Crichton
and Councilmen Hanson, Wingert and Woodburn, and the following
was absent: Mayor CJ:epeau
Councilman WOOdburn introduced and moved the adoption
of the following resolution:
RESOLtn'ION NO. 97-.7$
RESOLU'l'ION DECLARING ADEOUACY OF PE'l'XTION
AND OROERIR; PREPARATION OF REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-77-7
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in
the City of Arden Hills generally in the area bounded by
Interstate Highway 694 on the south and west, Floral Orive on
the north, and Hamline Avenue on the east by the construction
of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer
and watermain facilities and services, storm sewer and necessary

appurtenances,
filed with the council ona~ 4'[/'177,
is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of the owners of pro-
perty affected thereby.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE 1'1' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF AROEN HILLS. MINNESO'l'A:
That the petition be referred to the City consulting
Engineers for study and that they are instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed. advising the council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
The I\IOtion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by councilman wingert and upon vote being
taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All, and
the following voted against the same I None, whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
