RESOLUTION NO. 77-70
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of
Ramsey Coun ty by reso I ut i on date d Novembe r 7, 1977,
Classified as non-conservation land, certain land lying
within the limits of the City of Arden Hi lis; and
WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification
resolution together with a list of the land classified
has been submitted for approval of the classification and
sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA,
Section 282.01, sub. I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the
classification of Parcel Nos. 25-15500-041-00 and
25-15500-043-00 as non-conservation land and the sale
thereof be and hereby is approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk be
and hereby is authori zed to fi Ie a certi fied copy of thi s
resolution in the Office of the land Commissioner.
