RESOLUTION NO. 77-69
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR
AWl MAL CONTROL
WHEREAS Ordinance No. 198 Section 9(d) provides that
Impoundment fees are to be established by Resolution,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following
charges are established for Impounding, picking up and des-
troying animals:

I. $3.00 per dog per day for board.
2. $10.00 per animal for pick-up.
3.f $6.00 per dog to have animal .estroyed.
4. c,. $4.00 pe," 1II'11mal to dispose of dead animals
dellyered to veterinary clinic.
5. $2.00 per cat per day for board.
6. Owner of claimed animals will pay 100% of
distemper vaccine and other medical charges.
7. For unclaImed animals City will pay 50% of
distemper vaccine and other medlcsl charges.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council on the 14th day
of November, 1977.
