Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Hiqhway 96, Saint Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 31st day of October, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The followinq members were present: Crepeau, Crichton, Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn and the following were absent: none Councilman Woodburn introduced the followinq resolu- tion and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 77-66 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSf.'IENTS RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-l BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: TolHEREAS, the assessment roll for tlTater Improvement No. 68-1 as last finally adopted on October 6, 1969, was filed and certi- fied to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 6, 1969 for the purpose of includinq installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1970; and rfflEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property . contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con- veyed by previous property owners; and .. . . l , roJREREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each oriqina~ tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1970 and there- after.
