CITY OF SHOREVIEW
RESOLUTION NO. 77-162
.
WHEREAS, the Shoreview City Council has reviewed the provisions
of a Fire Protection Agreement between the City of Shoreview, the City of
Arden Hills, the City of North Oaks, and the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire
Department, Inc., which has been dated the 3rd day of
October
1977; and
WHEREAS, the Shoreview City Council has determined that it would
be in the best interests of the City of Shoreview to enter into such
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Mayor and City Manager of
the Clty of Shoreview are hereby authorized to execute the attached Fire
Protection Agreement.
