CITY OF ARDEN HIllS
RESOLUTION NO. 77-64
WHEREAS. the Arden Hills City Cc,un,cil has reviewed the provisions
of a Fire Protection Agreement between the City of Shoreview. the City of
Arden Hills. the City of North Oaks, and the lake Johanna Volunteer Fire
Department. Inc.. which has been dated the 3rd day of October
1977; and
WHEREAS. the Arden Hills City Council has determined that it would
be in the best interests of the City of Arden Hills to enter into such
agreement,
NOW. THEREFORE. be it resolved that the Mayor and Clerk of
the City of Arden Hills are hereby authorized to execute the attached Fire
Protection Agreement.

RESOLUTION NO. 529

WHEREAS. the North Oaks City Council has reviewed the provisions
of a Fire Protection Agreement between the City of Shoreview, the City of
Arden Hills, the City of North Oaks, and the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire
Department, Inc., which has been dated the _,L day of October

WHEREAS, the North Oaks City Council has determined that it would
be in the best i nteres ts of the City of North Oaks to enter into such
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE. be it resolved that the Mayor and Clerk of
the City of North Oaks are hereby authorized to execute the attached Fire
Protection Agreement.

WHEREAS, the membership of the lake Johanna Volunteer Fire
Department, Inc. has reviewed the terms of a proposed Fire Protection
Agreement between the City of Shoreview. the City of Arden Hills. the
City of North Oaks. and the lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department,

. 1977; and
WHEREAS. the membership pursuant to its by-laws. rules and
regulations. has voted to approve the terms of such agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Fire Chief and the
Secretary of the lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department. Inc.. are hereby
authorized to execute the attached agreement.
