CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RESOLUTION NO. 77-63
BE IT RESOLVED, that paragraph V of the Joint Powers Agreement
between the City of Shoreview, the City of Arden Hills, and the City of
North Oaks, which was adopted by Resolutions passed on the 29th day of
March, 1977, by the respective City Councils, be amended as provided in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA
HELD: OCTOBER 11, 1977
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ...-law
meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Ramsey County"Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in
said City on the 11th day of October, 1977, at 8:00 oiclock
P.M. for the purpose of awarding the sale of $1,765,000
General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 3 of said City.

The City Administrator presented affidavits showing
publication of notice of call for bids on $1,765,000 General
Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 3 of the City, for which
bids were received until 5:00 P.f.iI. at the office of the City's
Bond Consultant at this meeting, in accordance with the resolri-
. Hon adopted by the City Council oriAugust 29,1977. Said
affidavits were examined, found to comply with the provisions
of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, and were approved and
ordered placed on file.

office of the City's Bond Consultant in the presence of an
officer of the City of Arden Hills:
