Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the .J.2!.h day of September,
1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present;
Crepeau, Crichton,
Hanson, Woodburn
and the following were absent:
Wingert
Councilman Woodburn
introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-55
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden

Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
~~REAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary
Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28,
1970, 'fas filed and certifie'd to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, on October 28, 1970 for the purpose of including install-
ments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes
commencing in 19711 and
WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassess-
ments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos.

12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at which time assess-
ments for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and.
13 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date, to
be certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of
Ramsey County, on December 30, 1970; and
WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll as amended have
been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and
'tHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment a~inst each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the City Council of the City of Arden BillS, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1971 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the fOllowing apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September
28, 1970 and as amended as of November 30, 1970 against the
following described properties:

The City Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills
is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolu-
tion and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman r:r I "h Tnn ,and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor th~reof: Crepeau,
Crichton Hanson, Woodburn
and the !ollowing voted against the same: none
wbereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
