Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council
Ci ty 0 f Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 west Highway
96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the ~ day of September,
1977, at 7:30 o'clock p,m.
The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton,
Hanson, Woadburn
and the following were absent:
Wingert
Councilman Woadburn
introduced the fOllowing resolution

and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-54
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS IlELATING TO WATER
IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
, WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 72-1
as last finally adopted on September 6, 1973, was filed and
certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey COunty on October 5,
1973, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1974, and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners, and

WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract. where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
. by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that.
the proper assessment. can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, C01lIII\encing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1974 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
does hereby make the following apportionment. of original assess-
ments as cont.ained in said assessment roll of September 6, 1973,
against the following described properties:

The City Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills,
is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolu-
tion and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
The IIIOtion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Crichton
and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Crepeau,
Crichton H~nson, Woodburn
and the tollowing voted aqainst the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
