Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 west Highway
96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the
1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
19th da y of September,
The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton,
Hanson, Woodb u rn
and the following were absent:
Wingert
Councilman Woodburn
introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-52
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMBN'l' OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 61-2
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City COuncil of the City of Arden
BillS, Minnesota, as follows:
liHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improve-
ments Numbered 61-1 and 67-2 as last finally a40ptad on September
24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including install-
ments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes com-
mencing in 1969 # and
WHEBEAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners # and

WHEREAS, the COunty Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order that
the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, c01\ll1\encing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1969 and thereafter.
NO''', THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Bills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of September 24, 1968,

The Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is
hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of RaIllsey COunty,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foreqoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman C rich ton and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Crepeau,
Crichton, Hanson, Woodburn
and the fo1lowinC] voted against the sallie: none
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
