Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting
of the City COuncil of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the l.2.:t.!! day of September,
1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The fOllowing members were present: Crepeau, CrIchton,
Hanson, Waodburn
and the following were absent: Win ge rt
introduced the followinq resolution

and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RElrATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 71-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 71-1
as last finally adopted on November 8, 1971, was filed and
. certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 9,
1971 for the purpose of includinq installments thereof to be
,
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1972; and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners; and

WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the Ci ty Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that
the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, conunencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1972 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of November 8, 1971
against the following described properties:

The City Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills
is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolu-
tion and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Crt chton , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Crepeau,
Crichton Hanson, Woodburn
and the fOllowing voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
