Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, at 1450 West Highway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the25'tb day of
1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present:

Crepeau, Crlcbton, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following were absent: ,Hanson
Woodburn
introduced the following resolution
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners; and

tffiEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
. tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that
the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1964 and thereafter.
NO\i, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hezeby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said 5sessment roll of November 1, 1963,
against the following described property;

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by WI ngert
and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Crepeau, Crichton,
Wingert, Woodburn .
and the fOllowing voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
