Extract of Minutes of Meetinq
of the City Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of ~l.innesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meetinq
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 west Hiqbway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the ill!!... day of July ,
1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The followinq members were present:
Crepeau, Crichton, Wingert, Woodburn
and the followinq were absent: Menson
Councilman Woodburn
introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLurION NO. 77-38
RESOLUTION RELATING TO AP'P6ifTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
RED FOX ROAD Ir.u>ROVEMEN'r
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:

WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Red Fox Road Improvement
as last finally adopted on September 28, 1970, was filed and
certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 6,
1970, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected alonq with real estate taxes commencing in 1971, and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners7 and

lfflE.REAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made

by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order that
the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1971 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of September 28,
1970, against the following described properties:

Uinnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Wingert
and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

and ttle following votea against the same: none
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
