Extract of Minutes of l4eeting of the
Ci ty Council of the City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinq
of the City Council of the City of Arden HillS, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the2lli day
of Julv , 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present:
Crepeau, Crichton, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following were absent: HeRSon
Councilman Woodburn
introduced and moved the adoption of
the following resolution:
Resolution No. 77-37
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR
IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-2
W-mEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above
improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof
on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said City,
said bids were received on J u Iv 22
, 1977, at 2:00
o'clock ..2-.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

bidder at the tabulated price of $ 90,951.30
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota:
1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized
,
and directed to enter into a contract with Robert W. Moore
COlllpany
for $ 90,951.30
in the name of the City
of Arden Hills for the above improvement according to the plans
and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council
and on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator.
2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and
directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made
with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and
the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have
been signed.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Win ge rt and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Crepeau, Crichton, Wingert, Woodburn
and the follOWing voted against: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
