Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 west Highway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on .-Ionday, the~ day of J...... ,

and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
SANITARY SE'I'GER IMPROVEMENT NO. 3
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the CUy of Arden
HillS, Minnesota as follows:

WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement
No. 3 as last finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1961,
was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Raln8ey County
on November 17, 1961, for the purpose of including installments
thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes OOInmencing
in 1962J and

Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 was held on July 16, 1962, at
which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 were
amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified
and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County
on October 3, 19627 and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll as amended, have been
divided and conveyed by previous property owners7 and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided. sold or conveyed, be
made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
aqainst each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafter7
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of OCtober 12, 1961,
and as amended as of July 16, 1962, against the fOllowing
described properties:

The Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is hereby
authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to
certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Woodburn
and upon vote being
taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: A II *
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
