Extract of ~1inutes of Meeting
of the City council
City of Arden Hills
COunty of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, St. Paul, ninnesota, on Monday, the 27th day of June ,
1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Councilmen Crichton,
Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn
and the fOllowing were absent: Mayor Crepeau
Councilman Wingert introduced the following resolut-
tion and moved i t;s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-32
RESOLU'l'ION RELATING TO APPOlTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING '1'0 CONSOLIDATED
WATER IMP~mN'1'S NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden
HillS, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improve-
ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September
24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including install-
ments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes
commencing in 1969; and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained witbin said assessment roll have been divided and con-
veyed by previous property owners; and

~~S, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
4It tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the City council of the Ci1:y of Arden Hills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the county Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1969 and thereafter.
NOW, 'l'HEREFORE, the City Council of the Ci1:y of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of September 24, 1968,
against the following described properties:

was duly seconded by.counoilman Woodburn
and upon vote being
taken thereon, the followinq voted in favor thereof; A I I *
and the following voted against the same; None
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
