Extract of. Minutes of l1eeting of the
City Council of the city of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 77+h day
of June
, 1977 at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Councilmen Crichton,
Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn.
and the follOWing members were absent: Mayor Crepeau
Councilman Woodburn introduced and moved the adoption of
the following resolution:

RESOLUTION APPROVI~lG PLANS AND
SPECIFICATICNS AND O~DERING
ADVERTISEMENT Fon BIPS ON
IMPROVEMEt~ SS-W-P-77-2
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council
on May 2, 1977, the City Con~ulting Engineer has prepared plans
and specifications for Improvement SS-W-P-77-2 and has presented
such plans and specificatio~s to the Council for approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS,
MINNESOTA:

1. Such plans an~ specifications, copies of which are
attached hereto, and madc a part hereof, are hereby approved.

2. The City Clerk Admihistrator shall prepare and caUse
to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper,
and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids
upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The
advertisement for Improvement SS-W-P-77-2 shall be published as
required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call
for bids on the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall
state that the bids will be received by the City Clerk Admini-
strator and Consulting Engineer until 2:00 o'clock _.m. on
July 2Z- , 1977, at which time they will be publicly opened
in the City Hall by the City Clerk Administrator and City Consul-
ting Engineer, will then be tabulated, and will be considered by
the Council at 8:00o'clock..IL.m. on July 25 ,1977 in
the Council Chambers and that no bids will be considered unless
sealed and filed with the Clerk Administrator and accompanied
by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the
Clerk Administrator for ten percent of the amount of suCh bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman If I n (Ie rt
and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All
and the following voted against: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
