Extract of Minutes of Meeting of
City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
duly held in the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said City
on Monday, the 13th day of June, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Councll.en Crichton,
Henson, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following were absent: Mayor Crepeau

RESOLU'l'ION RELATING 'l'O
LITTLE CROW ADDITION IMPROVIDmNT
DECLARING COST TO BE AS.SESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED .ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for Little Crow Addition
Improvement of the City of Arden Hills consisting of the instal-
lation of sanitary sewer, watermain, and street on Indian Place
south of County Road E, and
WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is
$ I 8. _379 }4 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred
in the maJt1ng of said improvement amount to $ 4 5 I I .98 so
that the total cost of the improvement will be ~ 22 ,8'91~~ '
and of this cost the City will pay $ 0 as i share
of the cost.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Arden HillS, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $ 22.89 r .32 .
2. The City Clerk Administrator, together with the assis-
tance of the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith cal.q~ate

the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the
district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided
by law, and she shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in
her office for public inspection. The City Clerk Administrator
may arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division
of the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assess-
ment roll.
3. The City Clerk Administrator shall, upon completion of
such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their
further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing
therefor.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman 111 I.. g_ ..+ and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: A II .
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
