Extract of Minutes of Meeting of
City Council

Pursuant to due oall and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Counoil of the City of Arden HillS, Uinnesota, was
duly held in the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said City

The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton. Hanson
Wingert, Woodburn
and the following were absent: none
Counoilman Crichton
and moved its adoption:
introduced the following resolution

RESOLUTION RELATING '1'0 IMPROVEMEN'l'
NO. P-SS-W-ST-75-1
DECLAlUNG COST 'l'O BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-SS-
W-ST-75-1 of the City of Arden Hills, consisting of the installa-
tion of sanitary sewer, watermain, concrete curb and gutter,
bituminous surfacing, storm drainage facilities, grading, and
necessary appurtenances on County Road F from Hamline Avenue to
Lexington AvenueJ and
WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal
notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and
the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such
improvement is $~.%!l& and the other expenses incurred or
to be incurred in e 1ng of said improvement amount to
$ 38 .860.00, so that the total cost of the improvement will be
$~, and of this cost the City will pay $ 51,343.53
a~ of the cost.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
. City of Arden Hills, lUnnesota, as follows:
1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $ 142.516.47 .

2. The City Clerk Administrator, together with the assis-
tanoe of the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work against
every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, .
and she shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in her
office for public inspection. The City Clerk Administrator may
arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division of the
County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assessment
roll.
3. The City Clerk Administrator shall, upon completion of
such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for their
further action and for their setting of an assessment hearing
therefor.
The motion for the adopt:ion of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman _ Wlnaert
and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Crepeau, Crichton,
Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn.
and the following voted aqainst the same: None.
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and aoting Clerk
Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, do hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular meetin9' of the City Council of
said City held on the 13th day of June, 1977, with the original
thereof on file in my offioe, and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript insofar as the same relates to Improvement No.
P-SS-W-ST-7S-1.
