Extract of Minutes of l4eetlng of the City Council of the City of Arden Bills Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Ball in said City on Monday, the 27thday of June , 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Councilmen Crichton, Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn. and the following were absent: Mayor Crepeau introduced and moved the adoption of Councilman Wingert the following resolution: Resolution No. !.1.:28 RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-1 WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said City, said bids were received on June 21 , 1977, at 2. o'clock -tom., opened and tabulated according to law and the followinq bids were received complying with the advertisement: Bidder Arcon Construction C. Pau I, Minnesota is the lowest responsible . bidder at the tabulated price of $ 633,041.81 . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: 1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with C. W. Hou Ie Company for $ 633,041.81 in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the above improvement according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file. in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. 2. '!'he City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. The motion was seconded by Councilman Hanson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: A I I and the following voted against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. . ~' ~ ~lJ}fr!u ~~~
