RESOLUTION NO. 77-26

APPOINTING PIERRE N. REGNIER OF THE JARDINE, LOGAN AND
O'BRIEN LAW FIRM TO REPRESENT THE CITY IN THE MATTER OF
NORTHWESTERN COLLEGE vs CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, et al.
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills and members of the Council of the
City of Arden Hills are named as defendants in a lawsuit cOllllllenced on May 2,
1977 by Northwestern College in District Court, Second Judicial District,
and
WHEREAS, by letter from. City Attorney James 5. Lynden, dated June 1,
1977, the law firm of Stringer, Donnelly, Courtney and Rohleder, Ltd.
respectfully declined to represent the City in the above referenced la",suit.
NOW, THEBllFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Arden Hills appoints
Pierre N. Re;ier of tbe Jardine, Logan and

the CitY",in this matter, and
BE IT FURTIIllR RESOLVED, that the fee schedule outlined in Mr. Regnier's
O'Brien Law Firm to represent
letter of June 8, 1977 is approved.
Passed by the Arden Hills Council this 13th day of June, 1977.
