Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the
City Council of the City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Reou I ar meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota,
was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the
23rd day of
May
, 1977 at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton,
Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following were absent: none
Councilman Crichton introduced and moved the adoption
of the following resolution:
Resolution No. 77-25
R:E:SOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON
IMPROVEMENT SS-W-P-77-l
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council
on March 28, 1977, the City Consulting Engineer has prepared
plans and specifications for Improvement SS-W-P-77-l and has
presented such plans and specifications to the Council for ap-
prova 1.
TBE:REFORE, BF. IT RESOLVED BY THE, CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are
attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.

2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause
to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper,
and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such approved plans and specifications. The adver-
tisement for Improvement SS-W-P-77-1 shall be published as re-
quired by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for
bids on the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state
that the bids will be received by the City Clerk Administrator
and Consulting Engineer until 2,00 o' clock -p- m. on ,lunA 2 I ,
1977, at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall
by the City Clerk Administrator and City Consulting Engineer, will
then be tahulated, and will be considered by the Council at 8:30
o'clock p.m. on June 27 ,1977 in the Council Chambers and
that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the
Clerk Administrator and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified
check or bid bond payable to the Clerk Administrator for ten per-
cent of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Wingert and upon vote being
taken taereon, the following voted in favor: Crepeau, Crichton,
Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following voted against: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
