HomeMy WebLinkAbout77-023 . . . ~ Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, I>iinnesota, was duly held at the City Hall 1n said City on f.londay, the 2nd day of May, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. 'lbe fOllowing members were present: Mayor Crepeau and Councillllen Woodburn, Winqert, Crichton and Hanson; and the fol- lowing'were absent: None. Councilman Woodburn introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLU'l'ION NO. 77-23 RESOLU'l'ION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-3 WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the City of Arden Hills, generally in the area west of Valentine Crest Roach east of Interstate Highway 35-W; north of County Road F; and south of Interstate Highway 694 by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm drainage, bituminous surfacing, and concrete curb and gutter, filed with the Council on April 29, 1977, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percen- tage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. NOY4, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP ARDEN BILLS, MINNESOTA: 'lbat the petition be referred to the City consulting engi- neer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council . . . . ~ with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improve- ment as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman tUngert and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All~ and the fol- lowing voted against the same: None~ whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ~ ~
