Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnasota, was
held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 2nd day of
May, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton, Hanson,
Wingert, Woodburn
and the following were absent: none.
Councilman Wln~ert
introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
Resolution No. 77-22
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
NO. SS-W-P-77-2 PURSUANT TO PETITION
BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all
owners of the real property generally in the area bounded by
Cleveland Avenue on the west: Prior Avenue on the east: Glenpaul
Avenue on the south: and apprOximately 150 feet north of Jerrold
Avenue extended westerly on the north by the construction of
sanitary sewer. watermain, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb
. and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances, and
requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed
against their property. and

WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted
March 28, 1977, a report has been prepared by the City Consulting
.
Engineer with reference to the improvement, and this report was
received by the Council on May 2, 19771
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all
property affected by said requested improvement in accordance
with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3).
2. Said improvement is feasible. and is hereby ordered as
proposed in the report of the City Consulting Engineer.
3. The City Consulting Engineer is hereby designated as
the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hanson
, and upon roll call vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Crepeau,
Crichton, Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn
and the following voted against: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
