RESOLUTION NO. 77-19
WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District has
received Grant No. S804730-01-0 from the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency for the Improvement of the lake Johanna
Watershed in Ramsey County and the long lake Chain of lakes;
and
WHEREAS, improvement of the lake Johanna Watershed
wi II be conducive to public health, convenience and welfare
in the City of Arden HI I Is.
NOW" THEREFORE, BE I T RESOLVED, that the Arden Hili s
City Counci I approves making a petition to the Board of
Managers of the Rice Creek Watershed District, pursuant to
provisions of Minnesota Statutes Section 112.48, to perform
certain work and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Arden Hi lis Ci ty Council
authorizes the Mayor and Clerk Administrator to execute
said petition detai ling the nature of the work.
